Asset Mapping: Getting to know the specific cultural, intellectual, and social capital the individual brings to the Grid.
Feeds Rise & Build: By handling the Policy Change and Advocacy, we ensure that when a participant enters the Forge, they aren’t being dragged back by external systemic failures.
Fed by Ascent: The data and “Impact Stories” from the Ascent phase provide the evidence needed to drive Policy Change at the Connect gate.
