Center for Innovative and Pragmatic Development Initiative CIPDI makes a difference by giving people, the tools, and support that furnishes them with power, insight and inspiration to become SOLUTIONS and invariably change and transform their world; write their own narratives and stories, as esteemed community stakeholders with a mindset of I made it, we made it and can make it again ( We are overcomers).
We are poised to raise, train and equip the next generation Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Agripreneurs, and Techpreneurs . By preparing, and empowering children young men and women, with tools and resources to become change agents’, and problem solvers.
We see and relate to people as Humans not as projects or a charity case. We seek to understand them, what caused or led to where they are. Recognize their weakness, identify their strengths, opportunities, and threats. We work with the individual to develop a workable and relatable plan suitable for him or her. We acknowledge the person’s inherent unique potentials, letting them know, it is about them and not the program, nor our organization. We help the individual to see and discover the greatness and potential inside them. Our See One approach helps them see themselves as uniquely endowed with skills and talents. It also helps them see the enterprising side of them, which leads to improving their self-worth, and dignity, and Partners in development and growth.
It is not enough just to see one; everyone needs a support network to encourage, and empower them through the road of success. We work with the individual to develop a customized strategy that serves as a springboard for them to rise and become the very best they can be (Bringing out the gold in them). We design programs that provide the needed support for them to stand and walk; setting guardrails that prevent sudden crash. Supporting them to develop new paradigm, that help them build and develop confidence in themselves to want to dream, lead and create. Celebrating every milestone, accomplishments, as the individual navigates through the rough and joyful terrain of recovery, and restoration.
We teach, train, and help them to acquire new skills, sharpening their talents, gain visibility, gain technical knowledge to enable them, build, grow into their future and aspirations. For one to develop a new paradigm, he or she must acquire some new skills. We provide a learning, coaching and mentoring platform for the individual to acquire necessary skills, and training for a sustainable growth. Some of these trainings are in Business management, financial literacy, basic computer, and technology skills. We expose them entrepreneurial skills, and where needed basic reading and arithmetic as well as critical thinking and analytical skills. These tools help them grow and build with full confidence in themselves to provide solutions to their own basic problems, turning them into winners and problem solvers.
Join the campaign to protect the rights of children all over the world. They need love not abuse. The deserve education and bright future not used for child labor .
We are establishing centers for children, youths and adults to learn computer and coding.
Developing and promoting strategies to remove obstacles to good health many people in rural communities, and help build the resources patients need to lead healthier lives.
We are creating civic spaces for women and youths to discover and harness their inherent qualities, skills and abilities to function in leadership roles and capacities in the social, political and economic landscape of their various communities.
